Expecting my revised bill to be around $29.9 after returning the router, I went ahead and returned the router to one of the @verizonfios retail stores.Now the store guy processed my return request and also decided to shut down my wifi, without me requesting for it.

After a long move in day - my internet won’t connect.@verizonfios says you can only contact customer service online. But it won’t let you chat w/ them unless you log in.Go to log in - it says my account is locked. To reset my account I need to to talk to customer service 😒

@verizonfios has been charging $20 me for "Verizon Cloud Unlimited", which I never used or asked for, every month since Oct 2021. I have been asking them to remove that from my account EVERY MONTH, and every time they confirm they removed it, but they charge again next month. 😡

Guys I’m so over watching tv ! I’m watching HGTV on demand Love it or List it and I watch the whole episode and it cuts off at the very end and goes straight to the next episode. Never got to find out if the couple loved or listed. What a waste of my time. @hgtv @verizonfios

So still no Internet , on chat the rep started giving instructions on how to access the control panel and reboot whatever needed rebooting. Scary that this is the service we rely on for accessing virtual classes or working from home @Verizon @verizonfios @VerizonSuport

@softuch25 Cut the cord at least 5 or more years ago. I recently got a great deal on FIOS Internet and definitely never and I mean never going back to Comcast (aka Crapcast) .
