  @Verizon Has by far the worst login/password process. And once I do login I can't see previous bills because they are in my wife's name. What?! Seriously battle this every month. It's enough to make me switch providers. That and the increasingly lousy service.

  @VerizonBusiness Worst service areas ever. Out of all the companies I think Verizon is the absolute bottom of the barrel. They should just go out of business
