@Verizon I’ve have never had an issue until this whole S23+ preorder fiasco. I ordered on Feb 5 and was assured it would be here on the 17th. It’s now March 5. Why was I not informed sooner someone had to know all the orders could not be filled as promised.

@VerizonSupport is there currently an outage / issue with the EMAG service? (Enterprise messaging Application Gateway) we are not able to send out SMS as normal, they are not going out or are extremely delayed.

I’d say there’s an issue confirming my problems with @Verizon lately when I’m trying to check in for a vaccine appointment with my phone, having issues connecting and they ask me if I have Verizon, been a customer over 10 years but I’ve had slow loading issues... hello @TMobile

@Verizon Has by far the worst login/password process. And once I do login I can't see previous bills because they are in my wife's name. What?! Seriously battle this every month. It's enough to make me switch providers. That and the increasingly lousy service.
