PAYMENT We accept payment by PayPal or with a credit / debit card. Payment by Bank Transfer is available on our website. Cash payment at the time of collection from one of our shops should be arranged in advance. RETURNS & REFUNDS Refunds will only be processed up to 30 days from the sales invoice date. All items purchased must return to us as sold in re-sellable condition. Original box must be returned. Original product bags, paperwork and accessories must be returned. We cannot resell the product without original packaging so this is important that it is kept for up to 30 days after purchase is made. Condition of items must be as sold. No marks or wear must exist on returned products, or we will escalate this to a warranty repair and return the items to the buyer.
